Winds World Travel client, you can make the travel planning

you are familiar, all without your having to communicate
the same preferences each time call us to book another
trip. When completing registration process, you are required
to answer basic information about yourself (e.g., your

plus, you do have the option of telling us additional
information about yourself. Simply fill in your address,
contact and billing information, preferences, frequent
traveler programs you participate in, authorizations,
and companion information. The more detailed information
you supply, the more personalized our service will be

Travel‚s services to you become even more specific
to your individual preferences.
2. Information Utilized
Four Winds World Travel utilizes the details given by
you to simplify the planning of your trip, by both providing
better suggestions for travel itineraries or to make the
booking process more quicker and easier. Four Winds World
Travel is not able to collect personal criteria or demographic
data about you unless you submit it to us.
Four Winds World Travel utilizes information that is provided
by you in order to expedite necessary travel related communications
and to deliver electronic ticketing, boarding passes,
newsletters generated, and other information to you. We
send out newsletters to our clients on a regular basis,
and sometimes send out special releases when we feel clients
might be specifically interested in opportunity we are
planning. Four Winds World Travel will never pass along
newsletter mailing list database information to any third
parties, advertisers of any kind, or any of our co-branding
affiliates.
Four Winds World Travel creates comprehensive reports
on user demographics and travel profiles as requested
by a business client's senior management. This allows
the frequent business traveler to better manage their
travel supplier expenditures and negotiate travel supplier
contracts in order to secure discounts more effectively.
All information accumulated by Four Winds World Travel
is maintained in a physically secure location and is not

Four Winds World Travel contracts with an industry booking
and data processing utility called ClientEase for the
use of their online booking applications. ClientEase is
bound by Four Winds World Travel‚s policy, and will
